SHIPPING AND CHARGES
Should you
purchase a puppy and need to have it shipped, you are responsible for the
air fare, health certificate and crate for your puppy. Because of
the constant price changes for fuel and the rise in prices for everything
else, it is much easier to just charge a flat rate of $300 to ship your
puppy or dog. This is for shipping in the continental US only. For Canada
or other International flights we will have to contact the airlines and
get a quote.

Before
you reserve one of our beautiful chihuahuas, please make sure you understand
that when you name your puppy "HI-C" will be at the front of their name.
This is not debateable.
If you decide to drop our kennel
name, do not expect to purchase another dog from us. For your own protection,
before reserving one of our puppies please read our "Guarantee".
This way you know before hand what we will cover in the event something
goes wrong.
HOW
DO I RESERVE A CHIHUAHUA PUPPY?
WE
ASK THAT A CONFIRMATION WITH A DEFINITE "YES" WITH A NAME, ADDRESS, AND
PHONE NUMBER BE E-MAILED TO US. IF THE PUPPY WILL REQUIRE SHIPPING, ALSO
INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE AIRPORT WHERE YOU WILL PICK IT UP. WE WILL THEN
PUT SALE PENDING
UNDER THAT PICTURE. THIS WILL HOLD YOUR CHOICE FOR ONE WEEK (7 DAYS ONLY)
FROM THE DATE OF YOUR CONFIRMATION. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO
GET A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST $200 TO US IN THAT TIME. PLEASE
NOTE THAT DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU BACK OUT OF THE SALE.
WE CONSIDER A CONFIRMATION THE SAME AS A CONTRACT.
THE
BALANCE IS DUE BY THE TIME THE PUPPY IS 12 WEEKS OLD SO SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
CAN BE MADE. IF THE PUPPY OF CHOICE IS ALREADY 12 WEEKS OR OLDER, THE TOTAL
PRICE SHOULD BE SENT UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AHEAD OF TIME.
IF
YOU HAVE TO SEND THE DOG OR PUPPY BACK: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR EXPENSES TO RETURN A PURCHASE.
WE ALSO ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VET BILLS WHILE THE ANIMAL IS IN THE
POSSESSION OF THE PURCHASER. |
